الخصوصية

• اللعبة ما تجمع أي شي يعرّفك: لا اسم، ولا إيميل، ولا رقم تلفون، ولا جهات اتصال، ولا موقع، ولا معرّف الدعايات، وما فيه حسابات.
• ما فيها دعايات ولا تتبّع. بس فيها إحصائيات لعب مجهولة تساعدنا نطوّر اللعبة، وهي شغّالة من البداية. ترسل لسيرفرنا (needle-stats.waledcart.com) هذي الأشياء بس:
  • رقم عشوائي تسوّيه اللعبة أول مرة تفتحها. ما فيه أي شي عنك، وينمسح إذا حذفت اللعبة.
  • وش يصير في اللعب: متى تفتح اللعبة وكم تقعد فيها، الأدوار اللي تبديها وتخلّصها ووقتها، المهام، الأبحاث والمكاين اللي تشتريها، الإبر اللي تلقاها، وتغيير الإعدادات.
  • نوع الجهاز، ونسخة iOS ونسخة اللعبة، ومنطقة الجهاز ولغته من الإعدادات (مو موقعك).
  • رسايل الأخطاء إذا صار خلل في اللعبة.
• السيرفر ما يحفظ عنوان الـ IP أبد. يمسكه بالذاكرة لحظات بس عشان يمنع الطلبات الكثيرة، وما ينكتب في أي مكان.
• تقدر توقّف الإحصائيات من الإعدادات ← اللعب ← «إحصائيات مجهولة». إذا وقّفتها، اللعبة تمسح اللي ما انرسل وما ترسل شي بعدها.
• لوحة الشرف (Game Center): إذا كنت مسجّل دخول في Game Center، اللعبة ترسل أسرع وقت خلّصت فيه الكومة لـ Game Center مال أبل، ويطلع في لوحة الشرف باسمك في Game Center. هذا كله عند أبل وتحت سياسة الخصوصية مالها، وإحنا ما نشوف اسمك ولا نحفظه. تقدر تطلع من Game Center من إعدادات الآيفون.
• تقدّمك في اللعبة (الحفظ والإعدادات واللغة) ينحفظ على جهازك بس. إذا حذفت اللعبة ينحذف معها.
• اللعبة تشتغل بدون نت. إذا كنت متصل، تنزّل خطوط الكتابة من Google Fonts مثل أي موقع، وما ينرسل معها أي معلومات عنك.
• إحنا ما نبيع ولا نشارك أي بيانات مع أي جهة، وما نستخدمها للدعايات.
• إذا أضفنا شي يغيّر هذا الكلام (مثل الدعايات)، بنحدّث هذي الصفحة قبل لا تنزل النسخة اللي فيها.

Privacy

• The game collects nothing that identifies you: no name, email, phone number, contacts, location or advertising ID, and there are no accounts.
• It has no ads and no tracking. It does send anonymous play stats that help us improve the game. They are on by default, and only these go to our own server (needle-stats.waledcart.com):
  • A random ID the game makes the first time you open it. It holds nothing about you, and it's deleted when you delete the game.
  • What happens in play: when you open the game and for how long, the runs you start and finish and their times, task steps, the research and machines you buy, the needles you find, and settings changes.
  • The device model, the iOS and game versions, and the region and language set on the device (not your location).
  • Error messages when something in the game goes wrong.
• The server never stores IP addresses. It holds them in memory for a moment only, to stop too many requests, and never writes them anywhere.
• You can turn stats off in Settings → Gameplay → "Anonymous stats". When they're off, the game deletes anything not yet sent and sends nothing more.
• Leaderboards (Game Center): if you're signed in to Game Center, the game sends your fastest finish time to Apple's Game Center, and it shows on the leaderboard under your Game Center name. Apple handles this under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your name. You can sign out of Game Center in the iPhone's Settings.
• Your progress (saves, settings and language) is stored only on your device. Deleting the game deletes it.
• The game works offline. When you're online it downloads its fonts from Google Fonts, like any website does; no information about you is sent with that request.
• We do not sell or share any data with anyone, and we never use it for ads.
• If we ever add something that changes this (such as ads), we will update this page before that version is released.
